• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
• Documenting resident care accurately and timely

We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license issued by the state of Minnesota
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for providing top-notch care to older adults
